Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Items in stock are shipped in 1-5 days following payment being processed, with a few exceptions that may take longer.  For example, products shipping directly from our trainers may ship in 5-10 days during specific periods based on show schedules.

If an item is no longer in stock at the time of purchase, we will contact you to arrange one of the following:  1) schedule a shipment date based on an estimated in-stock date, 2) change the order to another item in stock, 3) cancel the order and refund your payment.

The following shipping methods (with pricing) are currently available:

  1. Basic Shipping US & Can  (USPS 1st Class, UPS Ground, etc.)  -  5-10 business days  -  FREE
  2. Expedited US & Can (2-3 Day via USPS Priority, UPS, FedEx, etc.)  -  2-3 business days  -  $15
  3. Overnight US & Can (UPS, FedEx, Other)  -  Next Day  -  $30
  4. International  -  TBD  -  $25

Returns

Most items may be returned for store credit or exchanges within 7 days of receipt, provided they are still in new condition (not worn or used) and in the original packaging.  Customer is responsible for all shipping on returns and exchanges.

If product is found to be defective within 30 days of receipt, we will pay the shipping to have the product returned and either replaced or a refund issued.

The shipping and return guidelines outlined here apply to products shipped by PleasureHorse.com or its trainers or other business owner partners.  All products purchased through Amazon or other Store affiliate channels are subject to the policies of those channels.
