Special offer in addition to the ’zero’ breeding fee for Gonna Wanna Watchit’s 2013 breeding season.

The owners of Gonna Wanna Watchit have taken the extra step to add another layer of protection in the breeding process.

With breeding being such a costly endeavor for all of us, we need to examine as much information and as many options possible to ensure a positive return on our investment, as well as stay prudent in the breeding process, to produce the best available prospect for today’s show ring.

Statistics and research have revealed some surprising information that may help us all optimize our breeding results.  “We have consulted an internationally known and respected pedigree analyst, looking at current Quarter Horse bloodlines for pedigree research, to find the coined ’nitch’ for the best breeding crosses, and the results are startling!” said Pati Shaw, owner of Gonna Wanna Watchit.

From this current research, Gonna Wanna Watchit’s owners are offering an additional breeding incentive for up to 10 mares.  When selected mares are evaluated using this new research criteria, and show to be “in-line” with the optimal cross, the chute fee of $500 will be paid by the stallion owner, leaving the mare owner’s only expense to be the ‘shipping cost’ from the breeding farm.  This is a SPECIAL OFFER in ADDITION to the ’zero’ breeding fee for 2013 breeding season.

Would you like to know if your mare fits this program? To see if your mare qualifies, contact Pati Shaw, of Idabel Stockyards, at 580-212-4731 or pati@idabelstockyards.com. You may also contact her through Gonna Wanna Watchit’s website by clicking here.

Information needed to run an analysis for the possibilities and outcome from the breeding are:

  • Mare’s Registered name
  • Pedigree – All top and bottom bloodlines
  • Genetic Test Results – if available
  • Show Record
  • Produce record
  • Photos
  • Video -  if available

Also, special consideration given to point earning and producing mares.

Gonna Wanna Watchit boasts a powerful pedigree with 11 Hall of Fame horses in the first five generations of his pedigree. Gonna Wanna Watchit is a four-time Top 10 placer in the Performance Halter Stallions at the AQHA World Show, a 2008 Finalist in the Senior Western Pleasure at the AQHA World Show, Top 10 placer in the Western Pleasure futurities at the Congress, and Reserve Reichert Champion.

“Gonna Wanna Watchit only has a few foals on the ground,” says Amy Gumz, breeding manager at Gumz Farms. “There is a really nice filly at the colt breakers that I think will be a very promising two year-old. He is a great horse to be around and is super quiet. If he can throw that disposition, then Pati has a gold mine. Plus, it doesn’t hurt that all babies have been roan so far!”

The 15.2 hand stallion is by Potential Investment and out of Watchit Im Good. “Lil Joe” will stand at Gumz Farms under the watchful eye of breeding manager, Amy Gumz.
