Stars & Stripes/Big A Circuit: Things to Know
The Stars & Stripes Circuit kicks off on Thursday, with the Big A Circuit to follow on its heels next week in Conyers, Georgia. Once again, this promises to be a great show with lots of fun activities planned around show events. While you’re loading up the trailer, here are a few things you’ll want to keep in mind.
- The Georgia Quarter Horse Association Youth team has already been hard at work pre-bedding stalls and will be helping unload trailers and set up stall areas as part of a fundraiser to go toward the YES Convention and Heart of Stone Fund. To find out if there are still available reservations or make a donation to GQHYA, contact Michelle Scott at email@example.com or (678) 425-5797.
- Photographer Becky Ruehle of Ruehle Photographix will be on the grounds for photo sessions, ring shots, and backdrop shots. Outdoor sessions start at only $75 so this is a great opportunity to get some new shots for your collection. For more information and to schedule your session, call (262) 470-3633 or shoot her a message on Facebook.
- In the days before the internet, we had to rely on patterns being posted by the in-gate or show office and scribbling them down on whatever blank sheets of paper we could find. Now, we can easily print them out online and practice them in advance. The Stars & Stripes/Big A is no different. The patterns are available, free of charge and can be found here for the Stars & Stripes and here for The Big A Patterns.
Pleasurehorse.com wants to wish good luck to everyone heading to Conyers, and have fun!
