NSBA World Show and Breeders Championship Futurity Update: Results

The NSBA World Show and Breeders Championship Futurity has been in full swing in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the Built Ford Tough Livestock Complex. Held August 13-18, this year brings a new Yearling Sale, new classes, a full trade show, and many exciting wins for exhibitors. The sale was held Friday, August 16th and had some outstanding yearlings in the sale! To see the horses that went through the sale, check out the digital sale catalog!

Here are just a few of the winners from this year’s show so far…

Lisa Ligon of Aubrey, TX won Breeders Championship Futurity Open Hunter Longe Line with The Blue Huntress, owned by Rebecca Hogan.

Breeders Championship Futurity Open Western Longe Line was won by Quiet Ride, shown by Kenny Lakins of Wilmington, OH. Quiet Ride is owned by Peter Mead of Washington, IN.

Breeders Championship Futurity Two Year Old Limited Open HUS was won by Ms Silver Sensation, owned by Simons Show Horses, LLC,  with Sara Simons of Aubrey, TX in the irons.

Only Because Im Cool, owned and shown by Becky Galyean of Purcell, OK won the Breeders Championship Futurity Two Year Old Non Pro Western Pleasure.

Breeders Championship Futurity Three to Six Year Old Open Color Breed HUS was won by Beth Case of Pilot Point, TX on All Rise, owned by Jennifer Lynn Schexnayder.

Zippos Gold N Sonnet, owned and shown by  Ashley Sioco of San Antonio, TX won Limited Non Pro Equitation.

Breeders Championship Futurity Four to Six Year Old Non Pro Western Pleasure was won by Gifted Invitation, owned by Kenneth Saywell and shown by Halle A Saywell of Kirtland , OH.

Breeders Championship Futurity Three Year Old Open Western Pleasure was won by Jay Starnes of Summerton, SC with VS Flatline, owned by Glover Galyean Partnership.

Breeders Championship Futurity Non Pro Trail was won by Pleasure Do N Biznus, owned and shown by Mary Goos of Masonville, IA.

Breeders Championship Futurity Four to Six Year Old Open HUS was won by Beth Case of Pilot Point, TX with Willy Has Potential, owned by Emily Miller.

Green Western Pleasure champions are Adam L Wainscott – Aubrey, TX with Krymsun Truffle, owned by Diane Lahr.

Smokin Charlie Too, owned and shown by Sarah Orsak of San Antonio, TX, captured the Limited Non Pro Showmanship championship.

Two Year Old Non Pro HUS was won by Heza Sophistication, with Lauren Bracken o Trafalgar, IN in the irons. Heza Sophistication is owned by Laura/Jerry Bracken.

The inaugural Open Ranch Pleasure class was won by Jamie West of Whitesboro, TX on Larks Banty Rooster, owned by Ted or Evelyn West.
