The show office is open for business! Chris Darnell (l) and Nicole Barnes (r) are ready to get things going

The NSBA World Championship Show and Breeders Championship Futurity kicks off August 13-18 in Tulsa, OK at the Built Ford Tough Livestock Complex. This marks the eighth annual show this year, and there are a few new big things for this year! New to this year is the addition of Ranch Pleasure and additional Riders With Disabilities classes.

The show offers 46 classes in addition to the World Show Classes, including seven stakes classes. Pay outs for this show are in excess of $450,000 in cash and prizes! A big trade show offers whatever exhibitors and spectators alike may need.

Perhaps the biggest news for the 2013 show is the very first Kaplow Insurance Yearling Sale! To be held August 16th, 77 yearlings that are enlisted in the NSBA Breeders Championship Futurity are listed in the sale catalog; a digital version of which can be found here. These yearlings have some of the best pleasure bloodlines in the show pen today, and the catalog lists the complete pedigree of each hip number.

Setting up for Trail for Show Your Colors
