Have you been over to our new forum? Sara Glantz has! She has been blogging about her trip of a lifetime: AQHA has a program where groups of university students go to teach clinics in Europe for a few weeks, traveling to 3-4 different countries.

Taken from her blog: AQHA offers a grant that various schools and universities can apply for. This year four schools were selected to come to Europe and give 3 or 4 day clinics in different countries. The University of Findlay was one school chosen and four of their students were selected to go and help teach at the clinics. Makena Lawerence, Heather Turner, Natalie Cooley and myself (Sara Glantz) were the four students chosen. [The first clinic took place in] Wilhelmsburg, Austria. We are at the beautiful Long View Ranch ( which has a long breathtaking view of the valley below). We had 17 riders today ranging in ages, riding level, and preferred riding discipline. We went over the basics of riding position, ground manners, and basic guiding. Tomorrow we will go more in depth and get into more detail.
