Responsible young adult with some college seeks a paid Internship or position with a Farm, Trainer, etc. Went to college for Business/ Agriculture, but have taken some coursework in Animal Science/ Equine Science. Competed on the western IHSA team for my college, and have shown since age 8. Have mostly shown Quarter Horses, but would consider working with any breed. I ride predominetly western,due to a knee injury have limited experience riding huntseat. Was pretty much a DIYer with my horses, and would haul in for weekly lessons. I have a lot of experience working with project horses, and bringing them to the show pen. Have not had a lot of experience working with young horses, but very interested in learning.Have ridden with several trainers, and I am very open to learning as much as I can. I believe in working till the job is done, and not taking shortcuts. I am looking to work for someone who is honest, patient, and willing to do things the right way.
