Founding sponsors, Jerry Kimmel and Ray Roles began the 'Scottsdale Classic' Futurity last year. It was a huge success and this year promises to be another winner!

Back by popular demand ...

ProStepps Trail Extravaganza - a class for the experienced - broke - horse, the obstacles are 'unique' and fun to watch. It is set up as a Pro/Am event, where the same horse takes the Professional in to be scored on one Go, and the Amateur is scored on another Go. The points are then averaged to determine a winner.

'The Sundowner Bridleless Western Riding' - sponsored by Sundowner, uses an AQHA designated pattern and is open to any age. Rules are available at the show.

The show was established in 2003 to meet a specific need for the Pleasure Horse and the Reining Horse industries. It is a high-dollar, fancy prize list show, where Saddles, Silver Buckles, 100x Hats, Bronze Trophies, Jackets are awarded in addition to the LARGE amount of money added. This is a main event for the 2 Year Olds in the Western Pleasure Futurity, as there is $15,000 (yes, that's fifteen THOUSAND dollars) added. The Reiners also enjoy $7,500 added to their Futurity. A total of $123,400 dollars are added overall.

It is held at the same beautiful WestWorld facility the 'Sun Country Circuit' uses. Mr Kimmel and Mr Roles make FUN a priority, with special 'parties' (barbecues, fiestas, etc) four of the six nights.

Be sure to make it October 11th - 17th.
